FR 91 390 944 429, whose\nregistered office is located at 350 rue Denis Papin \u2013 Parc de la Duranne \u2013\nDomaine du Tourillon &#8211; 13100 Aix-en-Provence \u2013 France (hereinafter the\n\u201cCompany\u201d or \u201cDGP\u201d or \u201cDigital Global Pass\u201d), provides <strong>a service enabling users to view videos on demand by streaming on\ndesktop and mobile devices. <\/strong>The topics include international news,\npolitics, people, sport, extreme sport, humor, tutorials (do it yourself,\ndecoration, cooking), entertainment (series, short films, feature films).<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Access\nto the services provided on the site <a href=\"https:\/\/veedz-ie.com\/\">https:\/\/veedz-ie.com\/<\/a> accessible on the mobile Internet\n(hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Site&#8221;) means\nunqualified agreement with these provisions (hereinafter referred to as the\n\u201cToS\u201d). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ARTICLE 0: DEFINITIONS<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ToS<\/strong>:\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; means these\nTerms of sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ISP<\/strong>:\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; means an\nInternet service provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Contents<\/strong>:\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; means the on-demand\nvideo(s) and\/or short film(s) and\/or series(s) provided to Users by Digital\nGlobal Pass. On-demand videos are intended to be streamed and available on <a href=\"https:\/\/veedz-ie.com\/\">https:\/\/veedz-ie.com\/<\/a>\ntheir Mobile Device as part of the Service on their Device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Digital\nGlobal Pass: &nbsp; <\/strong>means\nDIGITAL GLOBAL PASS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Plan:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>means\nsigning up for the weekly or monthly plan, with a minimum duration of one week\nor one month (depending on the plan that you sign up for), to make unlimited\nuse of the Service and to access the in under the Plan. The Plan is\nautomatically renewed for successive periods of one week or one month, as the\ncase may be, until terminated by the User under the conditions specified in the\nTerms of Sale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Service:\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>means\nthe content provided by Digital Global Pass to Users under a Plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Site:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>means\nthe website and\/or web promotion pages (&#8220;landing page&#8221;) published by\nDigital Global Pass on which the Content is offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Promotional\nMaterial(s)<\/strong>: means the material on which Digital\nGlobal Pass promotes its Service. These may include newsletters, websites, web\npages, mobile banners. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Devices:\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>means\nDesktop and Mobile Devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Desktop\nDevice<\/strong>: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; means\nanycurrent or future desktop device\nconnected to a radio-electric telecommunications network, including in\nparticular any computer (particularly of the PC, MAC kind), compatible\nconnected TV allowing access to the Service. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mobile\ndevices<\/strong>: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; means\nanycurrent or future mobile device\nconnected to a radio-electric telecommunications network, including in\nparticular any smartphone or compatible connected tablet allowing access to the\nService.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>User(s)<\/strong>:\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; means the person(s)\nwho subscribed to the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ARTICLE\n1: PURPOSE<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\npurpose of these ToS&nbsp; s to govern the\nconditions under which the Service is offered to User; this Service enables\nUsers to <strong>view Content via streaming on\nDesktop and Mobile Devices<\/strong>. The Service offered by Digital Global Pass is a\nservice accessible by subscription. On the <a href=\"https:\/\/veedz-ie.com\/\">http:\/\/www.veedz.ie.com\/<\/a>\nwebsite, promotional web pages or via the Applications. The Plan is billed to\nthe User via Mobile Operator payment solutions or by debit from his\/her bank\ncard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The mere fact of using the Service\nmeans the outright acceptance of these ToS by the User. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ARTICLE\n2: CONDITIONS FOR ACCESS TO SERVICE<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.1.<\/strong>\nAccess to and use of the Service is reserved for adult individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the User is a minor individual, the\nUser represents and acknowledges having obtained prior authorization from\nhis\/her parents or from the holder(s) of parental authority to subscribe to and\nuse the Service. The holder(s) of parental responsibility have agreed to be\nguarantor(s) of the User&#8217;s compliance with all the provisions of these Terms of\nSale. The holder(s) of parental responsibility are urged to monitor the use\nmade by their children of access to the Service and to keep in mind that the\nService is designed to reach a wide audience. It is the parents\u2019 responsibility\nas their legal representative to determine which Service is or is not\nappropriate for their child(ren) and to monitor their use of the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For\nuse at the workplace, the User must request permission from their employer or\nsupervisor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.2.<\/strong>\nIn order to access the Service, the User must in particular: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; have an Internet plan, and if applicable a\nmobile phone plan or an Android or IOS mobile device,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; subscribe to the Plan on the Site, a\npromotional web page, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>comply with the\nconditions of use of its Terminal indicated by its manufacturer and its mobile\ntelephone operator,<\/li><li>check that the\nmemory of their Device is not full, <\/li><li>make sure that\nDevice is compatible with the desired Content,<\/li><li>go to <a href=\"https:\/\/veedz-ie.com\/\">https:\/\/veedz-ie.com\/<\/a> to\nstream films on a desktop device,<\/li><li>check that their\nemail box is configured to receive emails from Digital Global Pass;<\/li><li>enter accurate\ninformation when subscribing for a Plan and in particular their:<ul><li>e-mail address, <\/li><\/ul><ul><li>ISP, <\/li><\/ul><ul><li>mobile phone\nnumber, <\/li><\/ul><ul><li>mobile phone\noperator.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once\nthe Plan has been subscribed, the User will receive an email confirming\nregistration for the Plan containing his\/her login details enabling him\/her to\naccess his\/her Member Area and view the Content of his\/her choice. The User is\nbilled, as the case may be, on his invoice from ISPs or mobile telephone\noperators or on his bank account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\nService is accessible to Users who have air time plans with mobile telephone\noperators Proximus, Base and Orange. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ARTICLE\n3: CONDITIONS FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The User must perform the operations\nindicated below to subscribe to the Service (the Plan) in order to be able to\nview the Content(s) of his\/her choice as part of the Service on his\/her device.\nThe User has different means of payment: this is payment will be billed either\nby the Mobile Operator, or directly debited from the User&#8217;s bank card. The\nCompany shall offer the User either of these payment methods based on the\nUser\u2019s customer profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>If payment billed\nby Mobile Operator <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The User is asked to subscribe to the\nService by paying via the mobile operator&#8217;s payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The User selects\nContent on the Site or a Digital Global Pass Promotion Material. <\/li><li>An Internet window\nof the operator opens, the user can validate the payment by clicking on Confirm<\/li><li>The User receives a\nconfirmation of his Plan by text message from his mobile phone operator. <\/li><li>The User receives a\nconfirmation e-mail or text including his\/her access to his\/her Member Area,\nenabling him\/her to log in and choose to view Content on the mobile and web\nmedia that he\/she has selected for subscription to the Service.<\/li><li>The User may at any\ntime, via the Site or mobile applications, view the list of Content and\nRecreational Content available in connection with the Plan.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>If payment is\ndirectly debited from a bank card <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The User may subscribe to the Service\nunder a Plan by paying by direct debit from his bank card directly from the\nSite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the User is asked to subscribe to the\nService by paying by the method of payment by bank card on the Site, this\nmethod of payment is carried out in several stages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The User selects Content\non the Site, a page containing a bank card form is displayed; <ul><li>The User enters\nhis\/her e-mail address in order to receive links enabling him\/her to view the\nContent once his\/her weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual plan has been\nsubscribed and is asked to enter his\/her banking information, namely the name\nof the cardholder, the bank card number, the expiry date and the last three\ndigits of the number written on the back of his\/her bank card; this same page\nsummarizes the subscription to the Service;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>The user then\nconfirms his or her payment by bank card<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>The User receives a\nconfirmation e-mail including his\/her access to his\/her Member Area, enabling\nhim\/her to view the Content that he\/she has selected as part of the\nsubscription to the Service. <\/li><\/ul><ul><li>The User may at any\ntime, via the Site or Applications, view the list of Content and Recreational\nContent available in connection with the Plan.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ARTICLE\n4: CONDITIONS FOR VIEWING CONTENT AND RECREATIONAL CONTENT<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Plan Term&nbsp; <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\nPlan is entered into for weekly or monthly periods and is automatically\nrenewable by subsequent periods of one week or one month (depending on the\ninitial term of the Plan subscribed) until termination by the User under the\nconditions mentioned in Article 5.5 of these ToS. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Viewing of Content\nand Recreational Content in connection with Plan <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After subscribing to the Service, the\nUser receives access to his\/her Member Space in which he\/she can select the\nContent of his\/her choice, to stream it on all devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The User may view as much Content as\nhe\/she wishes, from the Content offered. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Duration of\nvalidity of access to view the list of Content <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The User may view the selection of\nContent and view the Content on all devices for the period of validity of his\/her\nPlan from his\/her Member space. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Member\nSpace <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once\ntheir subscription has been confirmed, regardless of the billing method chosen,\nthe User will receive an email from the Digital Global Pass summarizing their\nlogin credentials and password to access their members area on the Website. The\nuser name is the email address entered at the time of subscription to their\nPlan. They are asked to go to their Member space to change the password\nassigned by Digital Global Pass. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once\nregistered, the User can access his\/her Member Space on the Site or on the\nApplication.<strong><br>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ARTICLE\n5: PRICES AND PAYMENT<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1. The prices\napplicable to the Service<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The prices applicable to the Service\nare presented on the Service presentation screens and\/or on the Promotional\nMaterials. These prices are denominated in EUR (\u20ac) and all taxes included\n(incl. taxes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any change in the applicable statutory\nVAT rate shall be automatically added to the price of the Service on the date\nprovided for by the regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The applicable price may vary\ndepending on the method of payment of the Service. <a>The\nprice indicated does not include any additional cost related to connection to\nthe WAP or Internet, billed in addition by the mobile telephone operator.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\nfinancial terms applicable to the Plan are governed by the ToS in force at the\ntime of subscription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.2. Payment\nmethods<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment for the Service subscribed to\nby the User shall be billed to his\/her mobile telephone operator\u2019s bill or\nbilled by direct debit to a bank card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.3. Withdrawal\nperiod <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with French\nconsumer rights\u2019 legislation (French Consumer Code, article L. 121-21), we\nhereby inform the User that they have a period of fourteen (14) clear days from\nacceptance of and subscription to the Service to exercise their right of withdrawal\nwithout having to provide any justification for the said withdrawal or pay any\npenalties, with the exception, where applicable, of the return costs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\nfourteen (14) day period shall run from the date on which the agreement is\nentered into.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To\nexercise their right of withdrawal, the User\nmust notify us of their decision by means of a straightforward statement to be\nsent to us as soon as possible:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>\n\u2022 by e-mail: &nbsp;customer@veedz-ie.com;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Or\nby<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>\n&#8211; by regular mail to the following address (does not require&nbsp; postage): <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service Client Libre\nR\u00e9ponse 94119 &#8211; 13629 Aix en Provence cedex 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\nUser must specify in their request the\nfollowing items in order to enable the processing of their request:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;\nthe full contact details (surname, first name, postal address, email address)\nof the User;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;\nthe name of the relevant department;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;\nthe reason for the request;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;\nthe User\u2019s telephone number and\/or email address as provided at the time of\nsubscription;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;\nthe payment method used;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;\nthe mobile phone number;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;\nbank account details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>\nAn acknowledgment of receipt is sent to the User by email when we receive their\nrequest for withdrawal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>\nIf the User withdraws from this agreement, the\nCompany shall refund all payments received from the User no later than fourteen\ndays from the day on which the Company is informed of their decision to\nwithdraw from this agreement. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.4.\nCanceling the Plan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers\nwho wish to cancel their plan are asked to refer to the provisions relating to\nthis subject from the &#8220;Cancel Your Plan&#8221; or &#8220;Pricing terms and\nconditions&#8221; section on the Website home page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ARTICLE\n6 \u2013 USER LIABILITY<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If requested, the User undertakes,\nduring the subscription process, to provide complete and truthful information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The User is informed that in the event\nof a choice, incorrect or omitted information on its part or non-compliance\nwith the subscription procedure, the price of the Service will be debited to\nit, even if the User&#8217;s e-mail address has not been duly entered or is\ninaccurate or if the User&#8217;s Terminal cannot read the chosen Content. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The User is solely liable for the use\nhe\/she makes of his\/her mobile telephone line which he\/she owns and his\/her\naccess to the Internet. Therefore, any subscription to the Service made through\ntheir mobile phone line and\/or Internet access is deemed to have been made\nsolely by the User. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The User is authorized to subscribe to\nthe Service and to view the Content via streaming on the Android, IOS and\nDesktop Device Applications solely for their personal use. The &#8220;consumer rights&#8221; mediator\nthus provided is MEDICYS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After\nprior written steps taken by Users with DGP, this mediator may be contacted for\nany consumer dispute whose settlement has not been successful, in the following\nmanner:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; electronically: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.medicys.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.medicys.fr<\/a>;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; or by post: MEDICYS-Centre de M\u00e9diation et R\u00e8glement Amiable des\nHuissiers de Justice, 73, Boulevard de Clichy, 75009, Paris<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If\nthere is any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance and\/or validity\nof these ToU that cannot be resolved out of\ncourt, the rules of legal jurisdiction shall apply. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ARTICLE\n13: TERM <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The term of these Terms of Sale is\nlimited to the use of the Service by the User.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the Services (such as a Plan)\noffered by Digital Global Pass, the User is informed that the subscription\nperiod for such services may be limited, depending on the mobile telephone\noperators or ISPs, up to an amount reached over a given period. In the latter\ncase, as soon as this limit is reached, the User\u2019s subscription to the Service\nis automatically terminated, except for the User expressly stating his\/her\nintention to renew it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At any time, the User may interrupt\nhis\/her subscription by following the procedure for unsubscribing from his\/her\nISP or mobile telephone operator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>\nDigital Global Pass reserves the right, without formality and automatically, to\nterminate the agreement to use the Service granted to the User without\ncompensation and without the right to a refund, in the event of a breach of one\nof the clauses of these Terms of Sale and in particular of the obligations\nincumbent on Users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ARTICLE\n14: COMPLAINTS<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any\ncomplaint submitted by the User to DGP may\nonly relate to the 12 (twelve) months preceding the date of receipt of said\ncomplaint. It must be made in writing and sent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;\nor by post to the following address:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service\nclient &#8211; Libre R\u00e9ponse 94119, 13629 Aix en Provence 1, France (the sending of\nthe letter does not require postmarking)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;\nor by sending an email to customer@veedz-ie.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DGP\nshall not be required to process any requests submitted by other methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To\nbe admissible, any request must include at least the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;\nthe full contact details (surname, first name, postal address, email address)\nof the User;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;\nthe name of the relevant department;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;\nthe reason for the request;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;\nthe User\u2019s telephone number and\/or email\naddress as provided at the time of subscription;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;\nthe payment method used;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;\nthe mobile phone number;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;\na copy of the payment systems operator\u2019s detailed invoice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; bank account details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ARTICLE\n15: Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These\nToU shall be governed by French law. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In\nthe event of a dispute (for which only French courts will have jurisdiction),\nthe User shall first contact DGP to find an out-of-court solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mediation of Consumer Disputes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In\naccordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code on \u201cthe process of\nmediation of consumer disputes,\u201d the User is entitled to use, free of charge,\nthe mediation service offered by DGP.
