Right of Withdrawal <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.1 Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In\naccordance with the legislation in force in area of consumers\u2019 rights, we\nhereby inform the Customer that they have a period of fourteen (14) clear days\nfrom acceptance of and subscription to the Service to exercise their right of\nwithdrawal without having to provide any justification for the said withdrawal\nor pay any penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of the return\ncosts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\nfourteen (14) days period shall run from the date on which the agreement is\nentered into.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To\nexercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify us of their\ndecision by means of a clear declaration to be sent to us as soon as possible:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>by e-mail: customer@fuzeforge.shop<\/li><li>by regular mail to be sent to the following\naddress (does not require postmarking): Customer Service, Libre R\u00e9ponse 94119 \u2013\n13629 Aix en Provence cedex 1<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\nCustomer must specify in their request the following items in order to enable\ntheir processing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>the full contact details (last name, first\nname, postal address, email address) of the Customer;<\/li><li>the name of the relevant department;<\/li><li>the subject of the request;<\/li><li>the Customer&#8217;s email address as provided at\nthe time of subscription;<\/li><li>the payment method used;<\/li><li>bank account details.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An\nacknowledgment of receipt is sent to the Customer by email when we receive\ntheir request for withdrawal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\nCustomer is informed that in accordance with the legislation in force in the\narea of consumers\u2019 rights, no right of withdrawal may be exercised in\nconnection with the purchase of audio or video recordings or computer software\nfrom the moment in which they have been unlocked by the consumer after\ndelivery. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accordingly,\nthe Customer acknowledges that they do not have the right to cancel any\npurchase made on per-item basis or when the digital product supplied by DVE has\nbeen unlocked by the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.2 Refund <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of withdrawal by the Customer in respect of these General Terms and Conditions, we shall refund all payments received by the Customer no later than (14) fourteen days from the day on which the Company is informed of their decision to withdraw from this agreement. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Right of Withdrawal 1.
